I highly recommend the Stainless Works Long Tubes. They are made of 304 stainless steel, which in my opinion is much better and longer lasting than mild steel that most other long tube headers are made of. Stainless Works builds these headers IN HOUSE and their quality is second to none. They also come with a lifetime warranty, which I have not seen another header company offer. They have 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collectors and come with slip fit flanges that allow you to retain your factory cats.
There are quite a few forum members running these headers now and have yet to run into one that was not very happy with their quality, fitment and performance.
Feel free to email me if you are interested in pricing or availability.
I have heard great things about the stainless works. The ZR1 guys have used them before the C5 headers were out and always had good things to say.
I bought my car with TPIS on it but if I did headers now it would most likely be Stainless Works. The LGs are nice but pricey. FLPs does have their advantages with their no welding system but they are not stainless.
I think that it really depends on what your plan is for your car. I just installed a set of TTS Long tubes on my mildly modified car and I am VERY happy with them. My only concern is that I will be going through tires too quickly. :D
