I have the transgo kit installed, but I am wondering if it is functioning correctly.
Right now, it feels like the shift from first to second is instant. . .and quick.
However, the shift from second to third seems to lag just a bit.
Also, if you put the car in D (not OD). Should the car still shift on it's own? I thought that if you put the car in 3rd, it was supposed to stay there?
It should stay in 3rd. Perhaps your feeling the 3rd lockup and thinks it's 4th?
The feed hole sizes Transgo suggests for 2-3 and 3-4 are too low in relation to the 1-2 size. That's the reason 1-2 is firmer. :steering:
....However, the shift from second to third seems to lag just a bit......Russ
Describe...a bit  If your not getting a shift within 50-100 rpms...something is not right! You should be able to upshift and downshift at will..AND...Hold the gear as long as you wish. I'm assuming that you installed 2 spacers in the accumulator pump...AND...disabled the Torque Mangement System.. Only then will you get the instantaneous results ...again if you have changed the PCM program then there may be other issues.. :chevy
