I have decided to go with the Hal shocks, but i'm not sure of the part number. From going on the Hal web site, there seems to be different length shocks...???
Can anyone help with the correct part #. and what is the best way to lower my ride..
Be careful dude, GM isn't all that stupid. I only reason I bring this up is because a freind of mine years ago messed with his because he was told that it would be beter. He's now cloud dancing along with the people he hit.

Hi, I am interested in what you mean by this, I don't quite understand?
When changing the suspension characteristics of you Vette you may want to take things slowly. After you lower your C5 drive it for a while getting use to the difference. Next IMO a more aggressive swaybar set up improves handling more so than upgrading your shocks. Later add some stiffer shocks if you still feel you have too much roll, I went with the Bilsteins at first, they are great shocks, very firm, I ended up changing to the Edelbrocks IAS though after riding in another C5 and haven't been happier. Seems to be the best of both ride quality and firmness. Just my $.02
