Cartek built, installed, and tuned my C5R 427. While a number of unforeseen technical problems arose as the project progressed, Dave and the crew bent over backwards to address them quickly and professionally.
As for answering phone calls, etc., you have to spend a day at their shop to appreciate the amount of time Dave devotesto answering the phone, providing quotes, and just generally trying to keep a large mob of customers and potential customers happy.
I view customer service as the ability to deliver a product the exceeds the expectations of the buyer. In my case, they did that, and more.
