Default Which shocks?

I have a 2002 coupe with the standard suspension. I did not upgrade to the z51. I wish that I had of now. I am wanting to go with a different shock to make the ride better. I have lowered it about 1 1/2 inches and I can feel every little bump in the road, alot of that has to do with the emt's I know. Are the Bilstein's a good shock? If so which ones?

Hi!
I have the Bilstein Sports and love em! The ride is a little harder but much better i.m.h.o! Yep you're right the runflats are the main reason for feeling every bump. I switched to S03s and the ride is great!
Search the forum there are a lot of topics about shocks!

I lowered mine and then switched to the Z51 shocks, got a good deal on a used set here on the forum. Z51 or Z06 shocks will give you a good ride quality and will be half the cost of the Bilsteins.

Just another option.

dave777,
Do yourself a favor and invest in Z51 or 06 swaybars as well. You'll have less lean in the turns which would help keep the tires from hopping. - C.
