Where do you install the wide band o2 sensor on a 2000 C5? I seems that it should go in front of the pre-cats. Anyone have any pics of the installation.
put it wherever you want. I try and put mine in an area where it won't restrict flow, like on the inside of a curve. Also, I use a 45 degree bung, instead of 90 degree, so it shouldn't be quite as restrictive.
I don't have the pre cats anymore so I don't remember if you have room before them. The WB02 should be on no less of an angle than 10 and 2 oclock. Mine is right before the cat. At WOT the cats don't do much so it's really not too important. That's why dyno's can use the sniffer.
Joe Haven't see the drag strip pics
How long has it been before this pic, since you were AT the strip?
The zr1 wheelS are really not that noticeable FROM THE POLISHED LOOKS REAL GOOD
When will you get a 1/4 mile time
11.50 @ 118 just a guess IMHO :steering:
John,
They were taken Mon. 14th. I ordered a line lock so I can heat the tires. They seem as slippery as runflats when cold. Also still need some more WB tuning. When I get my 1/8 times right I'll go to the 1/4. It's a 2 hour drive to Rockingham, so I'm probably not getting to the 1/4 before Sept.
