IMHO the intakeand exhaust wil not give you anything that you can really feel...just something small on the Dyno.
In my experience an intake and exhaust will give you something you can feel, especially after the 1/8th at the track, and I can back that up with time slips....and yes, you will see gains on the dyno as well....did before and after on mine as well
CJS...4.10's on an A4 seems a little radical for me considering that this car will never see the track...I was thinking about going to 3:42's. Really...all I want is some more juice to pass quicker on the roads. Thats why I was thinking about the LS6 upgrade and perhaps a mild cam. I guess that with 4.10's I would really be up there in revs at 60-70 MPH, which may not be desirable for me in an A4.
My car with the Vortex package, X-pipe, Borla's, Stat & Wires & Tuning is running close to 315 RWHP or 375 HP (on a PDA Dyno, 20% train drive loss). If you use an HP & RWHP calculator (www.smokemup.com), my times are also consistent with that; my best 1/4 mile is @ 110 (I could probably eek out another 1-2 mph). I'm hoping that the intake and LT's get me close to 400.
