Steering Rack question...
My steering rack is not giving the amount of assist it should.
It feels fine at hwy speeds, but at slow speeds, there is not as much assist as usual. The power steering is giving some but not enough.
This happened all of a sudden. The fluid is fine, no leaks found. When the engine is reved there is no change either (no additional assist).
The tech was going to check the pressure from the pump next.
Any thoughts.
