Roger, not sure where you saw the 600' but different weather machines will read different DA's. I have seen this even with same brand machines. Mine was reading about 1800 feet before it broke so I am not sure how low it got at night but don't think it was as low as 600'.
:iagree:
IIRC, it was around 1900' durring the day, then dropped to 1500' for the pm event according to someone else's machine.
Now input those numbers (IE from the time you ran) into weather station on http://www.quarterjr.com/ and you'll get your D/A for that run. I used the 9:00 P.M. numbers.
If I bring it back before the season is over I'll install a set of SLP 1.85 rockers, a Meziere electric water pump and ported TB. That should get it into the mid 11s with a stock cam.
You might have a problem at E-town if you don't have a cage.
I have noticed on my weather station my I never match the weather from the internet sites so I always stick with my machine.
The weather machine you are using does not predict ET right? I presume you log the weather and then use its number to pop next to you times in a spreadsheet. I prefer the one with the ET prediction, one less thing for me to do. Needless to say I am back in the market for one cause my screwed up somehow and won't turn on.

Sorry, those two items in bold would make your engine modified, no more stock internals. :nono:
There is at least a one tenth reduction in ET if you dump all that stereo stuff. :yesnod: I do believe you have the goods to run at least low 12's right now, as you have almost the same setup as Face and he is consistently in the very low 12s as is Artie.
If you say your driving skills are not up to par, how about letting me make a pass in your ride at the next ECS CC. I don't claim to be a "hot shoe" but sometimes I get "lucky" :)

I would have no problem with that. No cage, but I usually get to slide at the challenges.
From what I understand, once the valve covers are removed and any new parts are put in then she ain't stock no more.....If you replaced the heads the she definately is not stock....
