Yup. The LS-1's cam just has an occasional bit of lope to it. Nothing to bother about.

The way I understand it, when you are running a cam that's more "aggressive", which has more overlap between intake and exhaust, at slow idle speeds the exhaust gasses won't scavenge as well as at higher rpms, and causes a "mis-fire" (although the cylinder does fire, it's just weaker). The more aggressive the cam, the more it'll misfire at idle, to the point that you'll have to start increasing the idle speed on real aggressive cams to keep the engine running.
