my radio light is flickering, by light I mean the clock, it flickers, and the AC light flickers too though not real noticable like the clock one. What can I do to fix this?
You need to check your battery ASAP... That was the first signs I had when my battery was leaking. Look at the voltage gauge too. If it is going up and down a couple of volts, it is the battery. I didn't check on it as soon as I noticed the clock flickering, and it leaked all over. Warranty covered the repair, but it is a real PIA.
yea but my battery isn't a delco from what I can tell, seems its already been replaced with something else. Maybe its not getting a full charge? my work is only 9 miles away and I usually shift for 6th as quick as possible because gas is rediculously expensive.
You didn't say how many miles/hours you have driven the car. With over 300K miles and aproximately 5K hours of driving, I have seen every light on my radio flicker and then burn out. Since everything works (except for the visuals), I just keep on driving. The last thing I want to do is have the dealer really screw things up when they try to repair the radio. :steering:

Extremely good advice. Take no chances, get a Optima, they can't leak
:)
