These numbers are amazing!!
Especially "Face's", 316 rwhp, 1.64 60', 11.94 @ 112.78 mph compared to
just about any other car posted.
I think we have all just made it clear how much rear wheel horsepower numbers don't really matter when comparing et's.

My point for this post is that you don't need to spend thousands of dollars trying get some magical rwhp numbers, i.e; 400rwhp, 500rwhp, 600rwhp or what ever number someone made you think you had to have.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you don't need hp, but there is a lot to be said for a car that is set up right, even if that car has less horsepower.
I hope some of the info posted here by the CF members will help some of the newer members to spend there money with a little more knowledge backing up there decisions. :thumbs:

But getting lower Ets doesn’t make your car actually faster on the street – know what I mean?
A car with more power will pull harder = more fun :D
That’s the bottom line, unless all you wanna do is race of course…..

To lower your Ets maybe.
But getting lower Ets doesn’t make your car actually faster on the street – know what I mean?

That’s the point exactly. My car will pull a lot harder than and beat a lot of 10sec cars on the street :reddevil
well et's compared to rwhp is what the post is about.
There’s too many variables (DA, weight, gearing, tire, tune state, driver etc etc.)
As far as I’m concerned if you want to compare 2 cars based on Ets or even MPH the only way is – run ‘em side by side on same tires. Even then there’re variables…
Comparing numbers over internet – LOL :rofl: :lolg:
