P0137 is O2 low voltage bank 1 sensor 2 which translated means the driver side rear O2 may have detected a lean condition. Since it is an intermittent condition, it could mean a wiring/connector problem. You might want to try swapping the rear O2 sensors from one side to the other and see if you throw a P0157 instead.

Check the Heated O2 sensor fuses. I am not looking at my shop manual right now but I remember that certain Heated O2 sensor codes can be caused by a blown fuse. I am not sure if your code is related to fuses but it is worth a look.
