Can I expect much of a difference by replacing the bars, isolators, and rubber end links on my 99 vert with the f45 adjustable susp. with the z06 upgrade kit or will I have to change shocks and or springs to really benefit. The price is right and I need a winter project besides zaino every week.
Anybody out there running something similar?
Changing out the sway bars for Z06 bars will reduce your body roll in turns significantly. On the straights hitting bumps, braking, etc., they don't contribute much.
Changing out the shocks on a F45 suspension is more involved, because of the computer interfaces. Changing out the springs virtually requires a change of the shocks as well because the damping rate of the stock shocks can be overwhelmed by the higher spring rates.
