I've been out of town for a couple of weeks at the fires in So. Cal. , when I got home I fired up the sorely missed 2001 vert and received a message that the shocks are not working and also a message of 159 MPH ?? There wasn't anything wrong when I parked it . Thanks.
Damn....Sounds like your wife had a great time with the Vette in your absence!!
Just wanted to say thanks for pitching in with the fires....It was all to real for me watching them burn from my front porch in the not to distant mountain tops!!
Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and see if the same thing happens when you fire her back up....just a thought.
I'm sure someone out there has experienced this before and has a better idea what might be going on...
Thanks Tony,
The wife did have a special little twinkle in her eye when I got back, and I thought it was me ! I'll try the battery disconnect, I was in the Piru , Stevenson Ranch area ( real close to you ) rebuilding the electric distribution systems. I was raised in SoCal and never have seen that much wide spread destruction. Thanks again.
