Get it dyno tuned, pulling the cats will make a significant change in the dynamics at the valve overlap time. The only way to compensate is by editing the PCM and tuning it on a dyno and monitoring the mixture.
For various good and valid reasons, I'm against removing the catalyst on a highway vehicle. If you find youself overhwelmingly horny to do this for some reason, then do it properly.
:iagree: When you add the cost of the parts, and the cost of proper tuning, it's a pretty poor cost/benefit ratio. Add in the grief from your neighbors because of the freekin' NOISE and the added pollution I just don't see it as worthwhile for a street driven car.
