Usually a lean condition is caused my an air leak after the MAF sensor, between it and the throttle body. The leak causes unmetered air into the intake, creating a lean condition. Check all your intake connections, but I don't think that is the problem.

When you look at what happened it seems fairly likely the cause is the top engine cleaner. You could have done two things. One is to have slightly fouled the plugs, (though that would not cause a lean code, but it may cause the rough idle). The other is to have fouled or "confused" the O2 sensors. I think you did both actually, as a lean condition will not cause a rough idle.

Either way I would recommend putting in a can of Techron fuel system cleaner in the tank and run the car for a few hundred miles. My money is on the problem goes away without spending more $$$ at the dealer. If it keeps throwing codes post the code numbers here.

Just my .02

I like that plan. My only concern is can I do damage by running the car after the check engine light comes on when the issue is the same, running lean?

Lean codes are important but not a disastor. Avoid wide open throttle until you know the codes have stopped and you will be fine.

If it's running lean it sounds like you may have a vacuum leak somewhere.
Make sure the PCV hose is still in one piece and hasn't disintegrated.
Thanks to everyone for your help! Bowtiebandit nailed it however. Turns out there was a vacuum hose unhooked! Thanks Bowtie!
