Real Time Dampening

I have been wondering if my "real time dampening" is working since I have not noticed any difference in the ride when switching between modes. Today while checking the fog light fuse in the fuse box next to the battery I noticed by looking at the manual that fuse position #51 (maxi) is for "real time dampening electronics". I have no fuse in that position! I have a 98 coupe. Should I have a fuse in that position? if so, what size?

RTD schematic for the '98 shows a 20A Maxi fuse there.

Yikes, mine is in storage but will sure check it out too in the spring.
