Awesome job. Very innovative Adrenalinerush. Can't wait to see the fruits of your labor....make a video of the dyno run please!  :steering:
For what it's worth, guys... 31 pounds of boost may be a lot on an LS-series, but there are those of us running more (try 40 pounds) on a lot older, antiquated "iron" and doing okay (setting B'ville speed records), thank you. I would assume such new "hitech" stuff could be made to live with it--31 pounds--for short periods. :yesnod:
picture update inside to show boost gage, nos bottom, dvd, roll cage ,air & fuel mixture controll on lap top, adjustable boost control, 5 point seat harness, 3000 watts sound system, line lock . TUESDAY night SORRY :chevy :chevy :chevy
Don't forget to upgrade the brakes! All that money and still using stock calipers. :nonod: Brakes were the best mod I have done to date and I have done quite a few. :D
beautiful car. I am surprised you are attempting to maintain the stock drivetrain. So when (and it is a matter of When) this stock drivetrain falls out what do you plan to put in its place? Since you've gone so far as to reconfigure the frame, what about a 4 link, M&W 9" solid axle and a T400? Any thoughts? We all know from our own experiences that it only takes a fraction of the power your making to explode the rear diff case, which almost always takes out the output shaft on the tranny. In the mean time, DTE has a Stage 1 Diff/Tranny case reinforcement kit that uses eye bolt end links and plates to reinforce the two cases together. this could give you a few more miles of life on your stocker setup.
Great job. I love the car. did you oring the heads and block at least? coper head gaskets? just curious how the heads are going to stay on. :flag
First question is no 2.will tune on march 20 2004 3.dyno march 20 2004 4.no problem week end only 5. adjustable from inside car 6. car weight 3014 thank :chevy :chevy
First off, great car, it takes a lot of guts, determination and $$$ to do that to a car. But how the he!! did you get the car to weigh 3014 with an iron block, a big twin turbo system, $3k worth of stereo, plus a cage etc etc?
