Your times maybe about right.
I've only been to bradenton once and i ran two, 13.1's with basically the same mods you have(except i have stock gearing) but when i've run at other tracks my times are usaully 12.7-12.8.
I've found different tracks will give you different times, even the same track on different days can give you slightly different times :yesnod:
By the way what TC do you have?
