NO CHNCE

Let me know how how the install went. I'm thinking if the install is cheap enough I'll let them install mine.

Hi Guys

VetteNuts-email me at alstainlessworks@aol.com and I will email them to you.

Let me know if you need antyhing else-the isntall is pretty straightforward-you won't need to jack the motor up and you don't have to have a lift, but it helps.

Thanks
Al

Al, I wanted to take a minute to thank you and tell you how pleased I am with the new Stainless Headers and your work with Tim at Lingenfelter on the catalytic converter replacement. Also, thanks for thrashing Friday afternoon to get my car back to me for the weekend.

...We may do a GP on the 3" system-anyone interested???...
YES!! How many sets would have to be sold to see some deep discounts?

Some of the recent GP's have gotten down (almost) to the point where I think many members would make a move before the season gets going.

Come'on Al, talk to us!

Hi Guys

Terry-thanks for the opportunity! Glad we could get the car back to you for such a nice weekend. Now I need to put a few coats of ZAINO on my '67-your car looks like glass!

We will do a group purchase on the 3" cat back.

Normal price on the 3" cat back is 799. We will do it for 749 plus free shipping to the continental 48. We do build these to order, so lead time is 4-5 weeks-we are really busy right now. Six speed cars fit great-lots of clearance. Automatics fit well but it is tight around the tranny pan. Offer is good for the rest of April only! This is a smoking deal on the exhaust used by the fastest N/A C5's in the country. Full 3" diameter from the 2 bolt flange back-all 304 s/s, tig welded. One 4" angle cut rolled edge tip per side. Specify if you want the baffled (quieter) or straight through mufflers when ordering.

I will also post this on a new thread.

Let me know if you are interested-you can order through us at 800-878-3635.

Thanks
Al Noe

Sounds like an awesome deal, my only question is I just purchased the Kooks 1 7/8" headers with 3" xpipe. However, I think it necks down to 2 1/2" diameter after the x to mate up to a stock catback. How does the Stainless works hook up to this system? I just want to make sure its 3" all the way back :D . Thanks

The 3" cat back system will have a two bolt flange which will bolt up to a stock cneter section or our 3" center section. The opening on the two bolt flange will be slightly less than 3", but it is as large as we can go and still install the bolts on the two bolt flange.

For weight, I will have to weight a system and post it-it will probably be one of the lightest s/s exhaust systems if not the lightest-we use 18 guage 304 s/s tubing,a nd 20 guage sheet to build the mufflers, so unless we go with TI, we really can't make it any lighter.

I will post weight early next week.

Thanks
Al

Hi Guys

The weight of the cat back exhaust is 42 pounds-that includes tips, clamps, etc.

Our headers by themselves weigh 23#, center section is 27#. Both include all clamps and components necessary to install the system.

If anyone is going to the c5 birthday bash-please stop by, say hi and see the headers and exhaust in person.

Thanks
Al Noe
