Default Stainless Works new header pricing

We have for the past few months been in the process of expanding our shop with a 10,000 square foot addition. Now that it is nearly complete, we have added a CNC laser cutter and are in the process of adding another tube bender. With our increase in manufacturing capabilities, we are now able to offer lower pricing on our One Lap Winning C5 headers.

Our NEW pricing is as follows:

1 3/4" long tube headers with 3/8" thick cnc laser cut flanges. Headers only which will install to factory H pipe. $949

Headers with off road center section. 3" 18 guage with 3/8" thick cnc laser cut flanges that mate to the 2 bolt flange. Tig welded high flow x pipe. Makes installing our headers a complete bolt on. $1299

Headers with 3" random tech converters and high flow center section. $1599. We use random tech high flow 3" cats, same headers and center section as above.

Our headers are proven to make great power and we back them with a lifetime warranty. When combined with our center section they are the LIGHTEST header and center section combination available on the market.

As a way to introduce our new pricing we will also take $50 off a header and off road center section or a header and center section with cats. Pricing would be 1249 and 1549 but is good for April only.

To order off this deal, you can order from us (800-878-3635) or call any one of our dealers and reference this email-we will honor this new pricing and discount structure through them as well. (Norris, MTI, Agostino, Cartek, Speed Inc., Xtreme, Corvette Garage, LS1motorsports, Dynotech, 21st Century Musclecar, Kelley Performance, and LAPD).

Thanks for your support and business.

Al, is there a link to somewhere that would have photo's of your system both installed and in pieces?

Thanks

Our headers are 304L stainless. We do back them with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship-if you EVER have a problem we will stand behind our product.

Our website is ww.stainlessworks.net-we have been having server problems but I am assured that they will be fixxed by this weekend.

If you want pictures, emai me and I will email them back to you-my email is alstainlessworks@aol.com

Thanks

I have the SW headers & intermediate pipes with cats on my black vette. Here are a few pics of the pieces.

This isn't a good picture of just the intermediate pipes, but to the left of the tires, you can see them. (I'm getting some major work done to it!) Edit: as shown, it is put together, but it comes in a few pieces. If I remember right, a headers to cats section, the cats, cats to x pipe section, x pipe, and the section from the x pipe back. (This connects with the over-the-axle pipe that goes to the muffler.)

I told myself that I wasn't going to mod my '04 spiral gray much, and now you have to tempt me with a deal like this! It is a great system, and I haven't had any problems with it on my black vette.

Here is a pic of my car on the lift at Xtreme after getting the full SW header kit (with cats) installed along with my GHL Magnum catback. You can only see the xpipe and GHLs, not the headers/cats.

I snagged the pic from Xtreme's website, exhaust section, GHL Magnum...

Stick or auto? Was the 2000 a 345 HP motor or 350 HP motor. Just trying to get a rough idea of what you picked up without a tune.

So if I had to guess, I would say you picked up at least 30 HP without a tune, maybe more. Is that what you figure? Those are really good numbers if that is the case :hurray:

Between the Blackwing and the header kit, I'd guesstimate ~30 untuned HP/TQ. Mike at Xtreme also commented that those were great numbers for a car that just had the headers installed (had blackwing for about 2 weeks prior). No baseline dyno run though, so I can't be sure of the gains.

I'm very happy with the SW kit. No codes, and one hell of a SOTP difference! The price is also quite fair, IMHO.

Al and the guys at SW build an EXCELLENT header that makes good power. IMHO they are one of the top C5 header manufactures out there. I'm a very happy with my SW headers and would buy them again.

Hi Guys

As an added bonus, we will throw in one of our "world famous" stainless works T shirts for new or any existing customers. Email me a .jpg or .pdf or fax a copy of your receipt to 440-543-9183. List your shirt size and if you want white or gray, and your shipping info.

Have a great weekend!

When combined with our center section they are the LIGHTEST header and center section combination available on the market.
Exactly what does the whole systems with x-pipe, cats, etc weigh?
