Has anyone installed headers with the high flow cats and passed Maryland or similar emissions testing? With the newer cars Maryland is using the OBD port to get there readings and I am not sure how sensitive this is to the change in the exhaust systems.
I passed the tail pipe sniffer...which normally wouldn't be used, but they could not get the computer to work when they hooked it up to my car, so they opted for the sniffer.
Oh, and from what I've been told, the OBD will only check for emission codes- if you do a search, you should find others' experience with this and some have passed even without cats and large cams.
There are not any emissions tests in MS, but my Stainless Works LT headers & intermediate pipes with Random Tech high flow cats hasn't thrown any codes.

I work with 2 LS1 people that have my same set up - 1 on a 2002 WS6 Trans Am MN6, the other on a 99 Coupe MN6
FLP long tubes, one with the off road pipes (no CATS), and other with the included high flow CATS, and regular other mods (Airfilter and such). BOTH passed OBDC emissions with no trouble here in Maryland. The girl with no CATS had the rear O2 sensors deleted via Predator (due to no CATS) - but the guy with high flow CATS did not have the rear O2 deleted - both passed.
The OBDCII test is FAR more reasonable - as long as your car runs well and is not throwing codes these should be no issues. OBDC can not measure actual output, instead it monitors engine running conditions.
I passed with headers, high flow cats and a code check on my WS6. Unfortuenately, my high flow cats would cause the rear O2s to set a code every once and a great while and it had happened for my first visit and they failed me for it. The second visity, about 2 weeks later, it was fine. The heads/cam set up I ran in the WS6 also passed IM240 roller emissions tail-pipe sniffer when I lived down in Arizona.
