We may have a solution soon. The carbon base is actually a nickle carbon/glass product, that is autoclaved. Our delivery has been very poor due to other military projects taking over the autoclave use.
The other problem is the painting. We do not have the "clean room" environment necessary to keep contaminants out of the paint.
We could possibly make the parts and have your paint shop do the colors. i.e. The Pomegranate Candy Carbon shown is actually a specific color over our nickle threaded carbon/glass. The cost would also be reduced.
