Default T1 Sway bars

Have an 01 Coupe with Z51. I do alot of club road racing and was wondering if the T1 bars would be a worthy upgrade. Any opinions or recommendations? Thanks!

I am not a racer, but I do extend myself in the canyons (not exceeding posted lateral "G" limits of course) occasionally. I did get stopped once by CHP-he said I was speeding cause he couldn't catch me in the twisties-I didn't know he was behind me! I actually did not exceed the 45 MPH limit, but I did not go any slower in the turns. We had a 20 minute discussion of the relative cornering ability of a modded suspension Corvette and a Ford sedan-he did let me go-no ticket.
I had my T1 bars on and off 3 times off due to noise and tried another bar-I'm not even sure which one-probably a ZO6.
Each time I took them off I felt insecure in corners and even on the FWY's.
I finally got the noise handled and have them on and even though they are harsher than I would like, I hate to leave home without them!!!
Roy
Actually, if you drive really, really fast, again not exceeding the posted limit, (at Nurburgring) the ride is smooth!!! :jester

on a smooth road they are great, on a bumpy road you will need to hang onto your teeth.

You could just step up to a Z06 front...the rear is the same. You may see some results. You also need to remember that sway bars are only part of the suspension system. You may want to consider better shocks/springs.
