Default Dyno'd Kook Headers

Before #'s were 325hp/345tq with Vararam and Z06 cat back,LS1 Edit tuned

Just swapped in Kook 1 7/8 longtubes and there 3" X pipe without Cats and made 345hp/365tq with A/F at 12.3-1 across the board.
Gained power everywhere.

Nice gains, even if they are not the worlds most powerful headers.

Does Kooks sell high flow cats and x-pipe combos to fit the 1 7/8 headers?

I see by your signature you are planning a Procharger. Is that why you went with the 1-7/8? Any thoughts on how that would change with the 1-3/4 with your current setup?

Not bad at all.

I did LGs awhile back and went from 319hp/325tq to 340hp/357tq. 2004 with Stinger intake only, LS1edit tuned to 12.5:1 on the dynojet.. Nice and safe tune. These cars love a good intake and set of headers.

That is exactly why I went 1 7/8.By the gain I don't see any reason to go 1 3/4.

If I actually spent any time on tuning,I know I could of hit 355hp/370tq.Didn't bother since I'm doing the Supercharger this week.
