Winking Headlight Prob
I was hoping to get some help on my left headlight!!
When turning the lights off, the lamp door will lower and raise about 5 times before settling in a different position each time. Sometimes as much as half way up, sometimes flush with the hood. The action is somewhat violent. The motor and gears seem to work fine, when I move the lamp manually the gears seem to be smooth, or at least parallel with the right.
It looks like there is a screw with a rubber gromet that may be used as the stop, but it's very difficult to see what is happening under the lamp. Where are the stops and how are they replaced? Could it be a malfunctioning control module, and where is the control module or actuator? Thanks Much
