Ahh.. Nothing like staying up till 3 am two nights in a row, wrenching away. Good part is a: labor was "free", accurate and NO scratches of any kind were incurred, b: satisfaction of doing it yourself, and finally c: the sweet "first drive" in the wee hours of the am to check your work.

Reassembled diff / trans / sub frame (DTE 3.90 gears). Side benefit is hopefully I'll be leak free for many miles to come.

Installed my coated L.A.P.D. chassis backbone plate.

Installed polyurethane front and rear sway bar bushings for my Z06 bars. This is the "best" mod so far! I swear, it took 500 lbs off of the car. Steering responsiveness went way up; highly recommended. And NO squeaking of any kind (yet); lubed them up good w/ the special stuff provided in the kit.

Installed "high flow" Z06 H-Pipe and Ti exhaust.

Installed a new backup switch in the trans (and I'll be damned if the lights still don't work! Probably the fuse).

Cleaned out those two drain tubes on the drivers side (yes, they were both full of leaves).

Figured I'd give myself a break and pause for a week or so before installing a sweet set of shorty headers that I purchased.
