What are the widths of the wheels? No one could give you a definitive answer without knowing that. But, to probably answer your question, the answer is no.
If the wheels are of a normal Vette-sized width, the wheels will probably stick out of the fenders considerably. The stock Z06 wheels are 54mm offset (9.5") front, 58mm (10.5") rear.
The less offset you run on any given wheel width, the more the wheel will stick out. If you run a narrower wheel, you can get away with less offset, but 20 is very low, and would have to be a very narrow wheel to not stick out.
