handheld tuners
I'm looking for a handheld tuner. I don't want to go with a predator, as my gear change has already been edited with LS1 and I don't want the hassle of getting a factory tune back in my car.
I don't plan on any major mods down the road, just enough tuning capability for A/F ratios, line pressure adjustments, and timing.
Have any of you out there come across a decent programmer that might fit the bill?

But they could be wrong.
LS1 Edit is still best probably.
Also, almost any handheld out there will still have the ability to change/correct for the gear change so avoiding a Predator simply for that reason is unnecessary.
I would get the Predator over the Hypertech but the DiVinci and Crane (same thing?) units look like they could be decent as well but again, you might have to put your stock tune back in first.

you'll have to go back to stock tune. due to editing programs locking tables and data, it may not read all the files. then trying to upload, it might miss some files. in some cases, the handheld might not even be able to read the PCM at all due to the edit. i use the VHP tuner and have discussed it with them.
