Well, my outside air temp indicator is stuck at 69 degree's dosen't vary at all. Looking in the manual seems as though the sensor is near the radiator shroud. I'm thinking its a bad sensor or bad connection. Anybody else have a failure of the OAT sensor or a similar problem?
yes many like myself and you have had the same problem.
Your a/c will stop working because of it also. The outside air temp connection corrodes causing a bad connection. The sensor is about 9 bux and if u do not have to replace the connector that is all you will need to replace.
I had to replace the connector and that will run you another 25. The pins corroded and broke off in the connection of mine.
simple fix
