Mechanic traced draw to a Monitered Load Relay. It was drawing 1 amp. Relay was hot. He doesn't know if replacing the relay will take care of the problem. He removed the fuse, and the Vette ran fine.
So, what does a Monitered Load Relay do and if it's hot, is it bad?
