I keep getting a code P0410 H and C on my 2001 ZO6 that triggers the check engine light after about 7 miles of driving. I reset it 4 times now and it keeps comming back so I think it is safe to assume it is a definite problem.
After reseting it does nto come right back on? why?
This says it has something to do with the Air system...
What air system? the emissions pump?
what should I look at to take care of this?
I installed the piaa fog lights and the vararam at the same time, now I keep getting this code.
I get 2 other codes as well (before the P0410 activates) in the BO-RFA sector, but they dont seem to be triggering the check engine light, so for now I am not too worried about these. I thought I would mention them as maybe they have something to do with the other?
Could I have knocked something loose, or could the fog lights be a problem with the wiring?

P0410 = AIR System (AKA, "smog pump")
The reason it doesn't come right back is because the system only operates for a few minutes after a cold start, for emissions reasons.
I would almost be willing to bet that this is directly related to your Vararam install. See the last sentence on the company's install instruction page, http://www.vararam.com/vr1b_install01.html:
Remember to check and reconnect all factory sensor connections and using your factory air box grommet, reinstall smog pump hose to the new air box.
Check to be sure the hose isn't hanging loose, or that there isn't a problem with the grommet connection (e.g., slipped in/out, cracked).
I had the same problem after I installed a Votex air intake. Turns out I had kinked the air hose that goes to the air pump. It's the hose (about 1 " dia.) that comes into the air filter space from the driver's side and goes to the pump. I ended up getting a little air breather at the Auto parts store and installing after I unkinked the hose. Hope that helps!
Good luck!
I check over the hose and grommit. everything is fine. I was just thinking this morning about putting a breather on it.
I reset the light and it came on again. The last 3 times it came on I was about 2/3rds in the throttle. I was starting to wonder if the pressure in the intake was doing something to the pumps intake line.
I get the same code but I doubt it's my BlackWing because I had it on for over a year w/o the 0410 code. The code started to appear when I did my H/C & headers.

Just had heads, cam, and intake done and I am getting the same code and it keeps coming back. Heard you can delete it with LS1 edit. Is this true? Does it affect performance at all, or is it purely an emissions thing?

I wish I knew more about how this thing works.
Since you got P0410 it's somewhere in the pump air circuit. You would get another code if it was further downstream.
Here is what the book says:
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
An AIR pump is used on this vehicle to lower tail pipe emissions on start-up. The PCM supplies a ground to the AIR pump relay, which energizes the AIR pump. The PCM monitors the HO2S voltages to diagnose the AIR system.
During the AIR test, the PCM activates the AIR pump during closed loop operation. When the AIR is activated, the PCM monitors the HO2S voltages and short term fuel trim values for both banks of the engine. If the AIR system is operating properly, the HO2S voltages should go low and the short term fuel trim should go high.
If the PCM determines that the HO2S voltages for both banks did not respond as expected during the tests, DTC P0410 sets. If only one sensor responded, the PCM sets either a DTC P1415 or P1416 to indicate on which bank the AIR system is inoperative.
