Bone stock 99 FRC 6spd vette.

-Latest AFR heads

-G5x3 cam

-Longtube headers

Would that be a good setup? Approximately how much rwhp would this vette have? Just curious. Thanks.

Wait for the 225s, not the 205's.

Once you get all your mods done then get your car dyno tuned by some one who really knows how to do one.

IMHO you may also wish to look at a larger air intake, changing the mass airflow sensor and even a bigger thottle body, the 99-01 had the smaller two on the corvettes. More air into the engine will help tremendously.

Which long tubes are you thinking of getting?? LGs, TPIS, Kooks or ? and are you getting mild steel, stainless steel and ceramic coating to the headers as it does make a huge difference
also what about after the headers? high flow cats. x-pipe and exhaust well help expell the exhaust gases.

So better air flow into the engine, your new AFR heads and cam and better air flow out of the engine. The list of what could be done is endless, which I am sure you know.

To make a conservitive guess, I would say 450 to 470 rwhp. But that is with all the above modes, not just hearders, cam and long tudes.

Good luck and keep us posted on how it comes out.

I would wait for the 225afr's. Also, I would look for a kooks 1 7/8 headers, 90mm intake/throttle body. I doubte the mass air sensor will be that restrictive. But I would say that you need good air intake components.(air box,air bridge etc)
