Electrical Plug question...
The '04 has a power take off located in the center console glove box. That is a bad location for something like a radar detector. So is it okay to use the cig lighter for a power point? I know that some cars say to not use the cig lighter as a power source, but what about the Vette?

The cig lighter is an always on wire. Find a pink (ign) wire. I used the turn signal wires (3) and tapped the pink for a key on only power supply. But you can use any pink (NOT ATTACHED TO AN AIRBAG/SRS HARNESS)
