Ok so i have not been driving my vette 4 like the last 2 or 3 months cause of cords showing on my tires ,well the other day i went to start her up and she was dead. Now today i get new wagon wheels and run craps i just picked up from a forum member thanks Cares! So i put the key in and try to push it out of the garage to get to the hood area and the damn wheel wont turn and the damn computer/fuse deal under the floor is making a loud buzzin/clickin noise! does anyone know why it would buzz like that? Thanks Adam

You indicated the Corvette has been sitting for 2-3 months I would say the battery is quite dead from parasetic drain. The steering wheel anti theft lock servo won't retract due to low voltage hence the wheel is locked. You need to charge your battery other wise nothing is going to work. The solenoid nosies you are hearing are from a low voltage condition- caution on continued operation with teh battery as low as it is!
Iv been starting the car and letting her run 4 like a few time a month but it just went dead 4 good the other nite. So the nosies are from a solenoid? its comming from the fuse box and its buzzin and Vibrating like all hell! laters
Running the car for a few minutes is worse than letting it sit. Your alternator is designed to maintain the batery, NOT charge it. Charge your battery and the relays in the fuse box will STOP chattering. They chatter because of the LOW battery voltage. It normal and should NOT do it when you have a properly charged battery. Make sure you clear all of the DTC codes that are set because of the bad battery!!
