Or does any one have a manual that explains how to do this step by step?
You can't install the TPS yourself unless the tire is off the wheel. That usually requires a trip to a tire shop and the use of their pneumatic tool to break the sidewall from the wheel.
Installing a TPS is simple. Unscrew the external nut on the valve stem that holds the TPS onto the wheel, and it is free. That's all that holds it in place. Reverse the process to install it.
Reprogramming the TPS is also a DIY. Follow the instructions in your owner's manual or do a search here for "programming the TPS".
Here`s the torque value for mounting the sensor for a 2002 corvette;
Install the sensor nut. Tighten
For domestic vehicles, tighten the nut to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
For export vehicles, tighten the nut to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
Quoted right out of the service manual.
Hope you have a calibrated "Newton-meter" Torque wrench!!

I guess I never read the posts about the sensors, because mine always worked. :o Also, I did not think they would go after only 30K
