You are correct it will have Drive and Sport......Drive is the D and Sport is the algorithm enabled when the trans is in "D" and aggressive or sporty car manuevers/driver inputs are detected, just like in the C5/2005 C6
You cant "select" the sport mode the ECM/TCM engage it."

My friend has just purchased a Grand Prix GTX, it has 303 HP V8 & the tip-tronic ( if thats what its called ) A4 Transmission ,I have driven it & it shifts immediately when the thumb button is pushed ,Has nice shifting action...just sold my 2001 Z51 A4, A C6 convertable is in my future with the A6 tranny, my legs are tired but my thunms are strong.the Dog Woof Note the switch setup on thr Grand prix GTX steering wheel looks exact or very nuch like photo of C6 toggle switch..............
