Anything your body touches normally, are leather.

I also use Lexol and I have found that it really helps to keep the lighter leather (Vette with cashmere & Infiniti with wheat) looking better longer. The leather does not get that old wrinkly look. In addition, the lines in the leather are not really dark.
Unfortunately, I did not use a conditioner but only a cleaner on our STV Cobra (saddle interior) and the leather looks really dark & wrinkled. (there may be a difference in the quality of leather utilized in the Ford vs the Vette)

Why would anyone think that leather conditioner is a bad idea for a leather seat....which tend to get plenty of exposure to heat, UV, IR, and fat butts.

well it seems pretty obvious that most people use coniditoner. I tried it for the 1st time yesterday on the seats and I like the slippery feel already. forget to put it on the wheel, but i'll get it next time.
thanks everyon for their inputs.
by the way, i used mcquires spray one with the blue shop towels.

I agree with the person who said Zymol,it has been my choice since 1990.The wax is the best I have ever used with 55% white and yellow carnuba!compare that to meguaires www.Zymol.com ...everyone should read about wax and leather conditioners.
