A Silver GM Badge?
I stopped by a dealership to check out Vettes. They had an '06 and I noticed the badge. It wasn't blue with silver lettering like I've seen in some pics. It was all silver, no blue.
Anyone else noticed this?

GM badge
I've had my car for 1 week now and I never really notice it. They put it in the least visible place and it really doesn't stand out. That said, for me it's just a monogram.

It's only double sided tape, no hole underneath. When I got mine it was one of the first things my eye was drawn to so I knew they had to go. That's just my opinion though.

I don't think I mind it in Silver. In blue it stands out in a bad way, to me.
The main point of this is, are they offering it in other colors too? What determines a blue or silver one?
AnotherYellow, any info?

Stock up on them while you can! Don't sell them or give 'em away - think about it....in 30-40 years people will pay top-dollar for OE GM badges that people are ripping off left and right for 'factory stock restorations'.
As for the color - at Road Atlanta in April the 06 Vettes on display had the blue/silver GM badges. On my recent trip to the plant I also noticed they were now all silver and were not nearly as noticeable. My guess would be they changed them so they wouldn't be so noticeable or clash with the vehicle color. Who knows....

Yeah that badge is just horrible, I can't believe people actually leave those stupid Pininfarina badges on their Ferraris too.
I have no problem with the tiny GM badge personally.

If you take the badge off, and swap your Bullwinkle for a Doughboy, you'll have an '05.
