The infuriating part was that the gate to our building had been broken and wide open for about a month, I complained to the building about that but didn't get anything other than sympathy. Needless to say, I'll be moving out and into a place with its own garage shortly after my C6 arrives.
You are right though - it was very considerate of the thieves to leave it up on jack stands!

This is true. I'm sure glad I don't own a vehicle that is on the top ten stolen list. Unfortunately, Lebowski 's made the list this year I believe. I know here in TX, owning a Ford or GM pickup costs through the yin yang for theft ins. due to our proximity to the border.
