Anybody used them before? I'm regretting it. They ordered my parts from GM at a good discount but I've yet to receive my parts. I ordered them over a month ago and of course they billed my credit card right away. I'm inquired several times with them about this and the response has been, well that is how we do business...you'll get the parts when you get them.

I ordered the front and rear body color license plate brackets, body color door handles, rear spolier and aluminum sill plates. If the parts aren't avaivable yet, they should have told me so and not billed my credit card until they can supply product.

Who did you guys contact? Maybe I'm talking to the wrong people - or at least not someone that wants to do something about it.

This thread reminds me of another past vendor who charged CC's right away and then had the customer waiting for their goods.

I hope you do better with Beans than some did with the "other" vendor!

I ordered my license plate holder from them at Christmas. I accidently ordered the front holder instead of the back and Gene was the best. He took care of everything and got me the rear plate holder. They can't be beat for price or service. Just get with Gene, he will take care of you.

I live near Beans and thats exactly how they handle customers! I read these posts and hvae to say I've been in the same boat with you. People who live around here know all to well that they use the "too bad, thats how we do business approach" They're just too big to give personal attention to individuals and they're very clear about "take it or leave it", whether its sales, service, or parts.

I've emailed him numerous times, never once got a response. So I went to my own dealer for the parts....

I know Vetteshop (forum vendor) has the spoilers for a cheaper price then Beans and most likely better quality. Look on the vendor list at the bottom, they have a link there.
