Help!!! Emergency!!!
Just got home from visiting my mom. Backed into my parking spot put it in park and all hell broke lose. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. All the warnimg lights came on like when you start it up but they stayed on. Turned the car off thinking that maybe the electrical system would clear itself on a restart. Well she doesn't start! Put my foot on the brake and pushed the start button...NOTHING!!! The radio continues to play and won't shut off. WTF!!! Now the doors don't open and I'am trapped inside. So I pull on the emergency handle and the door opened. Closed the door and now it won't open from the outside! In the meantime the radio continues to play and the doors still don't open...an hour later! I'am afraid I'll be looking at a dead battery if the radio doesn't turn off. What should I do???

Just disconnect the negative terminal wire off of the battery. Probably just a small 3/8 wrench or so.

If it's the same connection that GM has used for years, you will need a 5/16 boxed end wrench. Sometimes those will slip and you'll just need to use a pair of pliers. Grab the round part that's just "outside" of the 5/16 hex part. Nothing to it.
And it you can't get to it, just let the battery die. The dealer can charge it.
