Almost 11,000 miles, 12.5 months old, been perfect in every way. Much better than I expected from Detriot!

You never know what your car will be like until you get it. You either love the car enough to roll the dice & get one despite reading the negative reports here, or you settle for a less desirable car that you feel more assured will not give you grief (no gaurantee on that, no matter what you purchase). Not all C6s will have problems, but there is no denying the "known issues" exist either.

Get a Vert. No delaminating problems.

06 MS/Blk MN6 Vert (manual)

3 months - 5,000 miles - hasn't been to the dealer for anything; not that I wouldn't take it there - just no need.

Oil changes are done at a place where I know several employees and there is a pit below the car - no lifting (NEVER) and I can inspect the bottom of the car everytime I change the oil. This is the ONLY way to go for an oil change.

Mine was built April 26 '06. Upon picking it up, still with the shipping plastic all over it. I noticed 3 small issues. The driver door contacts the fender at the top by the mirror about 8mm rub. There is a rattle in the drivers door. Radio bass vibrates it. It you bang it with your hand you can here it inside???. The black plastic inside the drivers side front fender vent slot was flapping arround. Looking at it closer, it is just 3M taped to the inside fender. So I got a roll of pro 3m trim tape and re-attached it. Have not messed with the drivers door vibration or rubbing yet. One thing I know..I won't let the dealer touch it unless there is no possible way I can fix it on my own. They have damaged at least 3 of my new cars trying to fix a simple problem. Only making the problem worse.

You may go in there to get 1 problem fixed and end up coming out with 3 new problems
Look inside some of these hood compartments on engine I see just plain back tape wrapped around whatever
