Strange but possibly true.It reached over 100 degrees here in the Chicago suburbs yesterday and it was miserable.I parked my Black C6 coupe outside my office and when I came out for lunch I went around to the passenger side to get something out.when I tried to close the door it wouldn't!I tried 3 or four times, finally on the 5th it closed but sounded "muffled".This morning, all ok.Could the alignment of the panels have warped?
Most likely a panel alignment issue. Seen more on black than other colors. My car does it on the drivers door. After sitting in direct sunlight for awhile, it "catches" the front fender down low where it curves out.
Look for telltale paint scratches where the panels are making contact. If it's under warranty, take it to the dealer - though odds are, they'll just mis-align the panel somewhere else to compensate...
I recall reading previous posts about similar door alignment issues (you might want to do a search for). I think it was an easy warranty fix at the dealership.

Sometimes you have to give it good hard close - you may have been too soft on closing the doors. I've had that happen a few times where I lightly close the door and it won't close, so I give it a good hard push, and all is good.

The panels do grow with increasing heat. This can close up the gaps between panels and cause them to rub.
