for 50, 000 dollars more over the base price of a z06 you too can have a uglyer corvette that has a top speed 6 mph faster than the stocker

The C16 is IMHO a gorgeous car. The total performance envelope (not just the top speed) is greatly enhanced, and at those outrageous performance levels it costs a lot of $$$$$ for each incremental improvement (if you want a streetable car that will last more than 6 months).
You won't see yourself coming and going, and you get a targa.
Make mine silver with the contrasting hood bump in red. To go with the red all-leather guts.

I agree with you onyx on a couple of things.... but i also think that orange and silver throws alot of people off about this car.... It would look really sharp in different color variations..... it would be nice that new corvette blue with a white hood bump and some chrome wheels with red interior lol kinda grand sportish!... Oh and also what was it 5 or 7 year 100k mile warranty on a car with 616 hp thats amazing all that power with a warranty!

Callaway has some well-regarded modifications under the hood but I have yet to see any of their exterior stylings I considered to be an improvement.
Even if money were no object, I could think of other ways I'd spend $120K+ modifying a C6.

this car has been discussed in prior threads-----it's still an ugly *** vette!Callaway or not,I wouldn't give them 50 cents for it.Just because it says CALLAWAY on it doesn't mean it can't be gross!

I do like some other mods offered by Callaway, but the styling is just not there for my taste on this one.

this started in C4 but did not stay long so it's not a dupe for us. You would approve of the generally nasty treatment most body kits get in the C4 Forum -- although Callaway's Aerobody does better than most! (and I like that one too 
)

I respect the LPE turbo package and all...but that body kit is reminiscent of the Greenwood package for C4's. Its a tacked on and paint ground effects kit and hood w/ a set of nice wheels. It looks ok, but is comparing apples to oranges against a C16.
