Default Bugs. Really Big Bugs.

Here in Chicago we are about to have the 17 year cicadas invasion. Millions of the suckers. Lasts at least six weeks. Can anyone recommend a car bra for my C6 that is actually easy to take on and off?

The GM bra was is easy to take off and put on. They don't look the best tho. We had the cicadas about 3 years ago and it wasn't as bad as I rememeber 17 years prior.

Better have good windshield replacement coverage.

We get those [not so] little buggers here, can almost put a leash on em like the roaches.

I'd go with the GM bra too. Speed lingerie makes some good products as well.

We had them 2 years ago in PA. Loud. The cats love them. Good luck.

The 17-yr cicadas were a bust here about 3-4 years ago. Hardly saw or heard any of them at all. Maybe you'll get lucky too.

I have the Colgan color match bra. It looks great and goes on and off in about 8 minutes.

A couple coats of "Rejex" might be a good idea.

Good idea. I did that for the trip to and from Sebring, and then put a thick coat of carnauba paste wax over the front end, and did NOT buff it off. It got pretty hard, and protected the front end. But I needed a cotton towel soaked with diesel fuel to get the wax off. It was no longer in the mood to wipe or buff off.

The diesel also did in the Rejex, so after a good bath with auto shampoo, a couple more coats of Rejex.

I remember those bugs years ago when I lived in Chicago. Nasty suckers I also remember the invasion of crickets a few times here in Ca. They are just as nasty. Gm bra is easy to work with.

I was walking outside one day wearing some Teva sandals and heard a c-r-u-n-c-h, looked down and I had stepped on one. Crunchy little critters to say the least. My dog would probably eat them.
