Ask for 67U down at the paint store, and they'll stare back at you like you just landed from outer space.
Use the "WA" paint code off the paper sticker on the back of the glove box door. You'll find it down toward the bottom of the equipment code list; it may start with a U or a W, or not. The paint plant could have accidentally dumped an extra five gallons of black into that batch of Machine Silver on your car, and, Wahlah!!!, new Machine Silver paint code.

Be sure to take your VIN number with you down to the paint store if you're buying the paint.
Even though you tell them a perfectly accurate paint code right off your car, the DuPont seller will be negligent if he doesn't confirm your code by asking the year, make, model, VIN, and GM color name to run the info through his computer. The computer then will confirm the code, and show him the EXACT proportions of components to mix...how well the guy doing the mixing can measure will determine how well the paint matches.
