No regrets, love the car, but just disappointed with the shabby quality after all I had heard about it being very reliable.

The Z51 package is really only marginally optional, it improves your car so much that if you can afford it I really say go for it!

- New alternator installed
- Service Active Handling problem - changed a sensor in the steering column
- Liner in trunk came apart (dealer re-glued but coming apart again)
- Car does not start intermittently - dealer can't fix (hands up in the air) ****this is a nasty one*****
- Play in steering wheel (this is debatable)
- Buzz in door panel had to be fixed by re-installing the door panel
- Cruise control stopped working but day before appt at dealer mysteriously starting working again - waiting to fail again
- Ringing sound coming from exhaust at tail of car (dealer won't fix)

I think that is enough for 7 months?

No regrets here after one full year (2006, A6 Coupe).
I feel for you, MM. I'd be less enthusiastic if I had encountered all that, too. Good luck.

60k Candian sounds way to high. I would look at buyong a car from the states, I bet you will save a lot of $$.

My only regret is that Chevy treats me like I bought a Cobalt when I bring my '06 in for service.

Other than that, once I figure out the last two rattles, I think I will be happy with the car itself.

My dealer has a special corvette parking area and whenever I bring in my car for servicing the original sales person will show up and get me through the administrative process. And I get a loaner car to use
