Wow, sorry to hear about it.

So what "blew" exactly? Looks like some debri was created that hammered the piston face and chamber. What made all those dents and scratches? Part of the spark plug?

I'm sorry for your troubles. Don't beat yourself up for modding the car....problems can happen with any car whether its been modified or not. Sometimes you just don't know. I'm always hesitant to modify a stock, cast-piston engine preferring the forged LPE motor and the warranty LPE/21st Century Muscle Cars provides. If there is a problem with the motor I know its covered.

Assuming they take any responsibility, I hope the shop that did the work is making it right with you. Good luck and hopefull they'll have you back up and running soon.

Ahh, ok... I thought it might be that actually. I know the cylinder fried, but was indeed wondering exactly where the dents came from.
